Only fruit, veg, fish & water Help!

So due to health issues i'm limited to eat fruit, veg, fish (and turkey breast) and water.
I have to stick to this to eliminate sugar, all grains (due to lectins) and dairy. I also want to cut bad meats.

So far I've managed 3 weeks but I'm really board of what I eat and would love suggestions for all 3 courses of the day to eat. If you have a recipe for me that fits this criteria please share!!

So far I have:

Fish w/ seasonings with peppers and lemon baked.

Baked sweet potatoe with tuna.

Scrambled eggs w/ black pepper and diced avocado.

Any of the vegetable 'medley' bags in the vegetable section of the super market that are for stew's etc. These have all types of veg conveniently prepared and portioned for one. I normally just boil it and eat it plain.

Does anyone have some advice to make my menu more exciting and less dull.

Hi JK, really sympathise as I did an elimination diet earlier this year and it was really hard. You're really restricted and must be fed up! Have you seen a dietician for advice? Though personally I found them useless:rolleyes:

And yes the dietician only told me what not to eat..
