Working Solutions Only had 2 packs today

Had a WS day today, not a great one as had a bowl of pasta with Tom sauce and a couple of pieces of garlic bread so total carb overload!!!

Anyhow I just realised I was meant to still have 3 packs!!

I'm not gonna have it for the sake of it esp as I'm tucked up in bed!

Is it ok to just have 2 packs and dinner?

If I did a WS day again I couldn't see myself having 3 packs!!

IF you're doing a WS day you MUST have all 3 packs. You have to have all 3 plus your food

Sorry but what you ate today was NOT a WS day. It's been a day off plan

If you do WS properly having 3 packs won't be a problem

No, don't feel like you've messed up completely. As Starlight suggests, draw a line and start again. If you think that you've messed up completely it's going to be harder to climb back on board again.

A WS day should be 3 packs and a protein and vegetable/salad meal eg. Chicken breast (without skin) and salad/veg.
