    I had an 8 week challenge to lose 59lb by my hols at the end of August and with the help of the mini challenges i've lost so far 25 smashing my July challenge so I now have a tall order of losing 29 lb in 4 weeks - not sure if its a tad too much but its an aim and if i am just short of it I will not worry.

    Lost 7lb this morning given me a real boost!
