thought I was doing ace yesterday -made a korma curry, all fresh and no syns ....
Laid in bed this morning and thought ...I'm sure I've eaten syns??
run off downstairs got me bible out ...and yes father I had SYNED!!!! big style
It was all the fromage fraise fault It was healthy living - Im really p ***ed off now. I did feel a little better though when OH said -you only had a little bit of it luv, true I did.
I wont be making that again - It was blooming nice though!!!

Gawd it's a blizzard here with the snow.

Aww dont worry hun we all make little mistakes like that at some point but glad you enjoyed the curry.

Are you trying to make me jealous I want snow its not fair. I got woke up at 6.00 this morning when my mum brought my little boy back home from staying at hers and there was snow everywhere. I thought wahey just wait till I get out there later I love it. Then it rained and its all gone :(. I hope it snows again later.

We have all done it and think positive your brain is working with you not against you by making you think what you have eaten!

You can make it with quark which is 0% or FF that is the same! Why not give that a go?

its....
chicken breast
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1'' piece ginger chopped
1 onion finely chopped
3 green cardamon pods
2 tsp cumin powder
150ml natural yoghurt
175ml light cream (I used creme fraise) (naughty naughty)

then you.....
process garlic and ginger with 2 tbsp water in food processor
dry fry chicken for 10 mins- set aside ( I used fry-light throughout)
dry fry cardamon pods for 2 mins
add onion, fry for 5 mins
stir in ginger and garlic paste, add cumin cook for 5 mins -on low
add yoghurt 1 tbsp at time , cook on low till its been absorbed.
return chicken cook over low heat till tender
stir in creme and simmer for further 5 mins
serve with rice.
PLEASE DONT FORGET TO TAKE OUT THOSE PESKY CARDAMON PODS-
take it from me, they aint nice , I know I chewed on them twice !!


I now realise that creme fresh (healthy living from tesco ) is 1 1/2 syns per tablespoon......
so how many did I really have :eek::eek:

anyway back on the straight and narrow
