Oooh, i'm weakening!!

    Hi everyone

    I don't know what's happening to me
    I'm into my 5th week and been 100% but I find myself wanting to eat to the point I've chewed food, abit of chicken but spat it out
    I've actually put a lb on today

    I think it's boredom
    Does anyone else feel like this?

    It didn't help that for two weeks, my CDC has "forgotten" to bring their scales so I've only got my scales to go on

    This is gonna be a silly question, but can you do c25k by running indoors?
    I've not got the confidence to run outside

    Just think I'm on abit of a downer at mo :(
