I have lost 10% of my body fat AND I have gone down 5 points on my BMI!

I am nearly under 40 which is AMAZING for me!

Also I need to calculate it but I think I have lost more than 45 inches overall from my whole body!

Wow, that's amazing. Well done you. I didn't measure at the beginning, I just wanted to go by how my clothes feel. I've gone down a size in jeans which i'm very happy about.
