I have just come back from a personal training session at the gym, and my god can I feel it!!!

I went yesterday and did loads on my own, and today at work I was struggling. However, tomorrow I'm gonna be lucky if I manage to get out of bed lol.

No pain, no gain!! I'd better get a lot of gain lol

have a nice hot bath before bed it will help relax your muscles. I saw someone training for the marathon and they had a ICE bath every night after training. I could not do that :eek:
