    Been quite good this week and then tonight had a bit of trouble in pub so couldnt have my tea till 11.30pm so coz I was starving I had some rice with it! I'm on a red day! Very annoyed but I was so hungry ( and stressed!) grrrr

    Seriously, just draw a line under it and back on the wagon today. If some rice is your only vice today, that's not THAT bad. I bet if you stick 100% for the rest of the week, you'll still have a loss.
