Oooops, naughty naughty!!!

    Can I please have a but kicking please peeps. Been a tad naughty and need my mojo back, and its only my second week:break_diet:

    Me & the OH stopped at my dads this weekend, so Friday I went prepared with my own salad and a big bowl of fruit..OH decided he wanted pizza, so did dad so I got them 3 from tescos and some yummy scrummy garlic bread. I stuck to my egg salad...Naughty 1 was a small slice of OH pizza.. Naughy 2 was 3 small pieses of garlic bread and naughty 3 was last thing at night I ate some of his crusts off his second Pizza... But it doesnt end there... Today iv sucomed and had half of the oh cheese tcake i made him for his snap at work. Iv been craving a cheese tcake since wednesday and I knew that if I dint just have some, id make myself a full one when hed gone to work:eek:

    Oh and I went to my mothers and had 2 biscuits, I know that stopped me buying chocolate from tescos but thats not the point.

    OH says im being too tough on myself, but I cant help feeling dissapointed with myself for cheeting, after all, im only cheeting myself and iv not even got my second weigh in under my belt yet:mad:

    Draw a line under it and get straight back on plan. If not I will come and kick your butt :)

    It may be best to carry on with your normal syns for the rest of the week. If you try to cut them down to make up for this blip you might feel deprived and then end up eating junk.

    Come on get back on it - you know you want to :)

    Ok firstly why are you feeling the need to eat these things, is it just lack of willpower or are you not eating until your satisfied or full? If you would have been more satisfied with pizza I would have made a smash pizza which would be free & would have helped your cravings?

    Don't be too hard on yourself, I would work out the syns of what you ate, use it as a flexisyns day, draw a line under it & move on. SW isn't meant to be hard so try to relax, it's only week 2, your still in the passionate stage so keep that motivation going, plan plan plan..

    If they want something naughty like pizza/curry/burgers just have the same just a SW version.. The key is to make this part of your life now, I was so hungover today and wanted a takeaway so I made: homemade quarter pounders, in a bread roll (hexB) with mushrooms, onions, bacon & egg served with slimming world chips, after I had chopped fruit with a strawberry mullerlight poured on top & a crushed digestive biscuit 3syns.. Keep that chin up, turn it around and I don't want to see you being sad again, your doing great so just believe you can achieve!!

    Ohhh, i love this bloody forum. Ta ladies. Its weigh day tomorrow so back on track.

    Chiefbridesmade.. Your tea sounds lovely, how the hell do you do that with an hang over? I have trouble moving off the sofa when im feeling beer rough.

    Think I just wanted a tast realy, diddnt want the whole pizza, but I now realise that just 1 taste leads to another and another like fridays episode.... Guess that old saying less is more means something eh?

    SW smash pizza, never herd of it till now, sounds like a good idea though, thing I will do a search and make one

    Honestly I was going to order a takeaway & as much as it Hurt I was like NO get up & cook you will be happy you did on Thursday at weighin!! Umm smash pizza I'm going to have that tonight I think :)

    Weigh in today and i sts, but to be honest, im quite happy with that. It was the oh works do the other saturday and i drank enough vodka to sink the titanic and weigh days Monday so it wouldnt have had chance to catch up with me.

    This week iv decided to do a food diary, becouse i know im going to be good this week, but it will still be interesting to see if im following a food trend. I already know i eat to many nanas and as for eggs!!!! well lets not even mention the amount of eggs i munch.
