OOPS, I had chicken curry tonight!

Well, kind of.
  • starter - warm vanilla shake
  • can't have rice on SS+200 cals so I had half a courgette instead
  • the chicken was lovely but there wasn't much of it
  • the sauce...well I'm not allowed that so I poured the watery stuff from the courgette over the chicken to moisten it and pretended
  • poppadums - well they are round aren't they so I cut the other half of the courgette up and imagined
  • spices - not sure if this was allowed so I use a pinch of black pepper instead
  • a glass of wine - ok so I poured some of my 3 litre water allowance into a wine glass
  • total calories = 173
  • was that ok?

lol, that made me chuckle. I'm gonna do something with chicken, curry powder & natural yoghurt tomorrow....
