Oops missed my last shake

    Diet:
    Slimming World
    I had 2 shakes, 3 litres of water and a mushroom omelette but fell asleep on my sofa watching a movie :-(

    Will I have damaged my diet??

    I doubt you will do any damage but it's not ideal to miss shakes. They are all nutritionally balanced so that your body will be getting all it requires. You really need to follow the plan correctly to get the maximum benefit.

    I'll be better today. I was just so tired!!!! Having another mushroom omelette for breakfast too!!!! And then 3 shakes later. Got so much on tonight this afternoon.
