This is the 56784th time I've tried a food diary so lets see if I can keep at it. My target is 10st which I think is around a size 8- 10 for my height, i've never got there before and it's the ULTIMATE goal.

There'll be a few hiccups on the way with my holiday about 2 weeks away, but I'm going to get there eventually. Not in a rush :)

Constructive criticism is welcome.

Extra Easy

Breakfast
Nectarine & Orange

Lunch
M&S Count on Us Crayfish & Mango Salad (this came up as 1.5 syns but I didn't have the sauce with it so counted it as free), Nectarine, Caramel Snackajack (2.5)

Dinner
Chicken, Mushrooms, Red Pepper, Onions, Old El Paso Fajita Mix (2.5), Basmati Rice (1.5), Fromage Frais

Drinks & Snacks
Tea (HEXA), Coke Zero, Peppermint Tea, Orange Squash
Toast (HEXB), 30g Choc Philidelphia (4.5)
3 Oranges

Total Syns: 11

I don't think that's too bad for the first day...! I'm used to doing red and green days, extra easy is something new for me and I'm a bit nervous about it with the 1/3 superfree but I'm think i'm doing ok...

Extra Easy

Breakfast:
30g Alpen (HEXB), Skinny Latte (HEXA), Nectarine

Lunch:
Wholemeal pasta, sweetcorn, red onion, red pepper and tomatos, Blackberries

Dinner:
3 picked onions :(

Snacks & Drinks:
2 Oranges, 2 Caramel Jumbo Snackajacks (5), Kit Kat Chunky (13.5), 3 Celebratations (3) Coke Zero, NAS, Water, Green Tea

Total Syns: 21.5

I had a really bad day yesterday hence the syns and pathetic dinner. I didn't feel like eating anything proper after coming home from work so went straight to bed. But I promise I'll have a better day tomorrow!
