    Hi Blondie,

I started the diet and lost 7lbs in the first week, had an accident so had to stop and am still laid up, gained 5lbs from eating junk when i first got hurt, went back on the diet last week and lost just over 8lbs, am going into my second week of restart so we will see how much weight I lose this week but so far Ive had really good weight loss, so fingers crossed.

Im also not finding the diet too difficult, the chocolate shake is kinda gross and banana isnt fantastic, i really like the others though. Chicken soup is pretty gross but Veg and tomato are nice and dispite only having a shake for breakfast, I dont feel anymore hungry by lunch then I would normally, I do find I need to eat dinner quite early because Im real hungry by the end of the day but the dinner ideas have all tasted nice so far and with a jelly after dinner Im not hungry through the evening.
