Opinions please

I have been doing SW for 17 weeks now and have done really well, losing 3stone. I have 2 stone left to lose but seemed to have hit a brick wall. I have had my food diaries checked by my consultant and they are spot on. I have tried mixing things up, red /green/EE days and nothing lost. I was thinking about following WW for one week to see if this would kickstart the weight loss again. I would appreciate your opinions on this as I do not want to end up with a gain.:cry::cry::cry:

Maybe try upping your superspeed foods? Or the success express plan? A few posters have had success breaking through plateaus doing a 'fishy' week too. Hope that helps!

I lost my first 3 stone in 17 weeks too. The last 10 weeks have seen things slow down and I am still waiting on my 4 stone sticky.

I would just say do whatever you need to do to keep yourself focused on your goal. In all honestly, I've been flexi-syning to the max (9 times in the last 14 days!) so I am not expecting much of a loss at mo but am wary of the need to stay in the game as it were to ensure long term change.

A boost via sucess express does seem like a good suggestion rather than swapping plans as SW is a plan for life, not a short term diet.

Id try also doing success express or more superspeed foods.
I think theres also a 50Superfree foods in a week challenge too x
