Hi Everyone,
I ordered my exante product on Monday(75% soup only) for it to be delivered on Tuesday (Between 3to 4 pm) I waited for it all day it wasn't come I try to truck it I noticed that it was misrouted and returned. No e-mail from the delivery service to tell me why and when it will be delivered. I e-mailed both delivery service and exante still recieved no answer from them. Now I don't know what to do. Anyone experienced the same thing and what happened next and what the word MISROUTED mean.

Hi Starsy, MISROUTED means they sent it somewhere else by mistake. Best you contact Exante and get them to send it to you and ask for the delivery charges back due to the late delivery. Unfortunately there is no phone number to contact, which is a bit dodgy, but email them and find out when you will get your order and demand your delivery charge back
