I have been getting a little lax with the extra easy plan so this week I decided to mix up my days a bit as I have never tried the other plans (Original/Green) before.
I was a bit worried about having a original day becuase I am definetely a 'carb-o-holic' and I thought I was going to be STARVING and eating my arm off by 11am!
However I have been kept full all day and have actually enjoyed it! here was menu (I think Ive done it right!)
B - 28g shreddies(Hex B) with milk(HexA)
L - Stacked bacon, tomato and onion sandwich (HexB) with salad followed by 2 low fat yoghurts
D - chicken wrapped in bacon with roasted veg and salad and some sugar free jelly.
Have really enjoyed my meals today and am looking forward to having more Original days!
