Original oatmeal - ooops

So I tried another S&S today (still using up my LT).

The original oatmeal - gosh that tastes odd... really wasn't that impressed (made it with water) so I used a splash of soya milk...

Only about a tbs or two but then I realized it wasn't unsweetened soya milk it was the stuff sweetened with apple.

Will a tbs (maybe 2) of soyamilk sweetened with apple juice knock me out of ketosis or is it such a small amount I don't have to worry? Anyone know?

The porridge was still a bit blergh tho.
 
You'll be fine, 2 tbs soya milk sweetened with apple is about 0.7g of carb, don't worry :-D

I love the original porridge, I add cinnamon or nutmeg and quite a lot of water
