Breakfast - WW peach fruit layer fromage frais with one banana (1/2 SYN)

Lunch - Salad; lettuce, carrot, sweet corn, red peppers with 65g new potatoes (1/2 HEB) and 1 1/2 boiled eggs, 1 tbsp light thousand island dressed (1/2 SYN)

Snack - pineapple / nectarine

Dinner - Chicken breast wrapped in 2 bacon medallions, 6 mushrooms filled with 42g light cheddar (1 HEA) and 42g light mozzarella (1 HEA), 1/2 slice Wheatfield Multiseed bread from 800g loaf (1 1/2 HEB - guesstimated) garlic purée, garlic salt and chilli flakes with BNS wedges

Dinner - Venison steak, 6 garlic stuffed mushrooms (made with 42g light cheddar (1 HEA) and 42g light mozzarella (1 HEA), 1/2 slice Wheatfield Multiseed bread from 800g loaf (1 1/2 HEB - guesstimated) garlic purée
