    Have you tried the recipe sub-forum? You can do a search on the sub-forum to filter out all the recipes using the Red day prefix :)

    Hi. I've been following the plan since 2008. Due to some family issues I have well and truly yo yo ed.
    I have just falled back into the original plan and it seams to be working.

    Today my tea was the attatched dish. Cooked shredded cabbage and leeks. Topped with some cottage pie mix I had in the freezer. Then I topped the whole thing with cooked celeriac and a HE of cheese. Then baked.
