OT psychological assesment date through

assesment done. apparantly i have issues with depression, anxiety and anger management. Scary but at least im finally getting somewere now. Just shows what post natal depression can turn into when left untreated. Coming up for 4 years this july since this started.

That's a good point, post natal depression is a real condition & should be treated, not ignored. Did the assessment tell u anything u didn't know already? Bet not. Good luck with the treatment.

thank you for the replies, and no it didnt really tell me anything i didnt already know to be honest. to hear a professional say these things out loud though is already quite a weight off my shoulders. (maybe itll help with weigh in tomorrow!)

i had pnd after my 3rd baby 5 yrs on and still find it hard at times,,glad your getting it sorted x

I went to my GP in December because I had been feeling depressed for so long. She was lovely and I actually felt so much better just telling her about it because I had been feeling there was no way out and someone was telling me there was. I am now taking ADs and am on the waiting list for counselling.
