I've just dished up a cottage pie topped with cheese for the kids. It smelled yummy in the oven... My oldest tucked in; middle child decided she didn't like cottage pie because of the cheesy topping (never bothered her before). Youngest child looking on, he'd love to have a go but he has to stick to baby food for now lol

Middle child is now eating Ryvita covered in Primula, and some cheese! And the cottage pie was just sat there steaming away looking all delicious, even though it's a kids' portion, and here's me waiting to have a shake.

Anyway, it's gone in the bin :D luckily! Not long ago I'd have at least scoffed the cheese on the top...

    Bloody three-year-olds :p

Good for you, it's better in the bin than in your tum !! I have a problem throwing food away but i guess its something we will have to do.

It's day one for me today and i have just dished dinner up for the family and wow it was soo very hard. I would normally pick as i'm dishing up but today i couldn't and it was the worst part of my day even harder than watching my OH eat whilst we was out today

I managed to be good and i feel really good for it.

Sass, it gets easier, I cook every night and have now turned my love of food into a desire to cook really healthy food for the family...
Apart from Fridays which is treat night they have a fab diet now....

It does take a while to get used to watching everyone else eat though... when you have had your first weigh in, this will give you a big boost :)

I made spinach and ricotta cheese canalloni tonight then for pud i made choc chip cookie ice-cream pie! I wanted to (at very least) have a taste but was very good and put the bowls straight in the sink!
It was hard but my halo is shining.
