Ok I know we shouldn't use out of date shakes but I am currently posted abroad and have no access to shakes out how unless I buy off the Internet. I have a load of shakes but they are about 3 months out of date, is it still safe to use them? X
Personally I would - but I sure others will tell you not to. I lived abroad for a while and virtually everything we could buy (cans, packets, cereals etc) there was out of date and nearly all of it was several years out of date - thats just the way it was.;-)
I just found a thread that said something about the fat in old shakes going rancid - but can't find it again now - but guess you would smell/taste that!
