Sorry I don't still have over 100 to lose (well not sorry really but sorry we couldn't have done it at the same time ;-0) - but less than 6 months ago I did and that 6 months has really flown by. So what I am really coming on to say is stick with it - everyone on here will give you loads of support and before you know it you will be there (I had 175 to lose so nearly the same as you). Although I'm almost at the other end happy to off you any support etc you want - I know I couldn't have done it with the girls on here.

Good luck - and just think how fabulous you will feel - soon!!

I'll be your buddy of you like? Like Setas I no longer have 100lbs to lose. However, I started with 101lbs to go, and am only about a third of the way through.

PM me if you don't get any better offers! Hehe!

i have about 160lbs to lose so i would love to be ur buddy if u want me :).
i am on here a lot and i have to admit that i feel somewhat bad when i realise that many people only have 2-4 stone to lose.
i see people giving advice to others about things such as ' just think of the sexy clothes u will be wearing in the summer' and i am fully aware that in the summer i wont be wearing anything sexy. i will settle for not being so overweight that my legs rub and i overheat easily.
our journeys may be somewhat longer than others and sometimes feels like an impossible task but the very long road we are heading down has already been pathed by many people who have completed the journey.
we can do it too !! :D

Hi, I strongly believe that having the courage to say that "I have XYZ to lose and i am going to do something about it" is just one of the bravest things to do, hope I don't sound patronising when I say you're amazing! :D How are you? Xxx
