Thankyou Everyone:) Im Lucky I Guess As Havent Felt Really Really Hungry I Think Its Been A Mental Thing Of I Should Be Eating Lol. The Water Is Flowing Easier Now Too Which Is A Bonus, Im Having A Pint Of Water Every Hour And Make My Shakes U With A Pint And A Bit. But This Morning I Halfed A Shake But Still Had Approx 230ml Of Water Im Going To Do This With All Shakes So Then I Will Have 6 Instead Of 3, Oh And Generally Keeping Myself Busy Too Lol
