    Any ideas what I can do with them? I have three- was going to freeze them but would love any other ideas. I have syns to use but would like to keep it low if poss x

    Trying to post a recipe for a banana cake which didn't come off very well.
    I don't know how that fits in with the SW syns etc. but to finish off the post:

    I use well ripe bananas and it's for 12 servings/slices with counts per slice:
    Cals 189 Carbs 22 SatFat 2 Protein 4 Sugars 7 Fibre 2

    You can leave out the walnuts if you wish and it's still really delish.

    Thank you, I can see the ingredients! I think that would work out about 9.5syns per slice if the cals are correct- no free food allowance with the banana being cooked too. Not too bad really, I've had banana bread before and it is tasty! I don't kind saving syns for a treat x
