Overnight Chicken Pasta

    Over Night Chicken Pasta

    Points per serving 6 serves 6

    300 grams of macaroni pasta
    1 tin of campbells chiken soup
    1 tin of campbells mushroom or chicken in white wine soup
    3 cans of skimmed milk
    1 pack of tesco (or similar) cooked bbq chicken strips
    1 onion
    8 mushrooms
    half teaspoon of garlic
    salt and pepper
    half teaspoon of cayeene pepper
    2 tablespoons of parmesan

    Saute mushrooms onion and garlic until soft

    In large bowl mix dried macaroni - 2 tins of soup then 3 tins of skimmed milk add onions and mushrooms and cayeene pepper and chopped up chicken and mix well. At this stage you can add small cubes of cheese too but this will bump up the points. Cover with cling film and leave in fridge preferably over night.

    Sprinkle with parmesan and cook in moderate oven for about 30 mins until bubbling.

    This dish can be tweeked to add what you like i.e. sweetcorn etc and is lovely served hot or cold with large salad ;o)
