Overnight Oats Yoghurt Syns

I'm making overnight oats for the first time, can anyone tell me whether this is okay to use as syn free? Thanks everyone!!! xx

It's what I use in my Baked Oats and it's my HexA for the day, along with the oats being my HexB. Hope that helps

Hi bbnorto92, yes, the yogurt is syn free.

@ lippylisa, you said you use it as your HexA for the day? It is not a healthy extra, it is free food. You can use your HexA for other things (milk, cheese)
