Original Overnight oats?

Hi newbie here started practising : / Slimming world last week. Breakfast I had overnight oats mmmmmm lovely. Just wondering can I have that again for dinner then salad chicken for tea?

Hi Einna.

Which plan are you following? Original red plan? If so then yes you can. But I would try and mix it up if possible because you will get bored very quickly!

Hiya I'm just going off the slimming world website but thanx for the reply appreciate it! How you getting on? i cant believe you can have so much to eat! I've read that you can have pasta n sauce and Batchelors Savoury Rice and its free is that right? : )

Hi Einna....yes it's true that we can eat sufficient to not feel 'hungry'.
Some of those are free, but not all and depends which plan you're following?
