I am struggling at the moment - am on day 6 of lipotrim and wondered if it is possible to have a cup of oxo or bovril??? Am fed up (yes already!!) with tea/coffee! I tried to ring the institute but they are shut. My guess is no due to salt content but I thought it might be worth asking. Also is it OK to put pepper in the soup?? Thanks

I very much doubt it, as you can't on Cambridge because of the salt content. I should imagine you can have pepper though, but I'll move your message to the lipotrim board for the LT experts :)

No probs. You'll soon get used to the site. It can look at bit daunting at first.

No. No. No and No.

Stick to what you are allowed and nothing else!
Why add stuff that you are not meant to? (i know people do)

Stick to the rules like glue and you cant go wrong :)

sunbeam, how about some sparkling water or some mint tea?
i think there are other tea's you can have.....just can't remember which one's:)
i find a hot sweet mint tea really refreshing (tablet sweetners)
I used pepper, paprika or chilli flakes in the soup as my Pharmacist recommended these to add some flavour, but no to oxo or bovril.
