Oxo roast potatoes??

Hiya all hope your All well I'm New to slimming world and was browsing through the recipes yesterday and found one for roast potatoes where you make stock with stock cube put a little in bottom of roasting pan and then spray too of spuds with frylight. Now I can't find it can
