Packet Rices HELP!!!

Hi everyone, i joined SW a few years ago and am doing it again without going to class im doing EE, i tend to have a lot of tesco own brand packet rice instead of bachelors, i know bachelors is free on EE bit ive seen threads where tesco golden packet rice is also free? ive looked at the ingredients and i cant see much difference between the two..

Can i also check i have peas sweetcorn carrots swede in my lunch with my rice and chicken, i have fruit after, are these veggies Super free please? thanks

Peas and sweetcorn (unless babycorn) aren't superfree so you'd be better off having more of the other veg to make the 1/3 x

peas and sweetcorn aren't superfree I'm afraid but sugarsnap peas and baby sweetcorn are.

Basically any that is non starchy eg potatoes parsnips peas corn aren't. X
