Hi guys, just starting body optimising online and dunno how i feel about it. Ive been doing it loosly for the last few weeks but as yet have not lost anything. I really need to lose a minimum of 2 stones however at the moment id be over the moon to lose 2lbs. anyway here is day 1 entry.

Day 1 - Extra Easy
