Pancakes on tuesday

No. I'm going to do what I do every Sunday..... Stand cooking em for hours then when it finally gets to my turn for a delicious pancake..all the batter is gone!!! My guys love pancakes lol.

Im cheating...ive bought asdas ready made pancakes. Pack of six, straight in the micro, 30 seconds.
Havent worked out the cals yet but i dont think they are much...

I haven't thought about it actually, might not bother, would much rather have a freddo or something! OH would love the whole mix to himself anyway ^.^

You can make a pancake type thing using one egg some Splenda and vanilla essence and you can get about 3 small pancakes out of it they can taste a big eggy but they are ok

Separate egg white and yolk into separate bowls
Add one table spoon of Splenda to the yolk and mix

Whisk egg white till fluffy add drop of vanilla essence

Mix both mixtures together then quickly put a spoonful into a pan greased with fry light

Top with fruit yummy
