Please give me the strength to "be good" until 16 Dec ?

Hoping for this to happen:-

1? 4 Nov - Lose 5 lbs
2? 11 Nov - Lose 3.5 lbs (8.5 lbs in total)
3? 18 Nov - Lose 2.5 lbs (11 lbs in total)
4? 25 Nov - Lose 2.5lbs (13.5 lbs in total)
5? 2 Dec - Lose 2.5lbs (16 lbs in total)
6? 9 Dec - Lose 2.5lbs (18.5 lbs in total)
7? 16 Dec - Lose 2.5 lbs (21 lbs in total)

Fingers crossed that the ? ? belt will fit!!!

Welcome. I'm on my iPhone so can't see what your weight is but 21lbs sounds ambitious!! I couldn't lose 21lbs in less than 2 months. Nothing wrong for aiming high (I always overestimate my losses!! Haha) just don't feel bad if you come in a little under! Even 14 lbs would be fab. I'm trying to lose my final 14 by Christmas but it's not going well !!

What plan are you following? Do you work out ?
