if you have iceland near u the party piece platter which has the chicken tikka bites is free.. or u cud make ham & pineapple on cocktail sticks or some quorn sausages cut up and salad, u cud also make a pasta or potato salad or ur own savoury rice?

What about crudites, cut peppers, cucumber, carrots,celery, apple, and for a dip i use light choices cottage cheese (adding herbs or curry powder to it. :0)

Olives (black/green) - 1 Syn for 8 Olives
Plain Quorn sausages - FREE

You could make up some Savoury Rice and take that in - FREE
&
Lots and lots of lovely FREE salad!
