Party girls' slog to slim

Hi all,

I am starting slimming world tomorrow. I've previously tried the Cambridge diet with fantastic success but ended up gaining weight once food was back in my world. I know a few of the girlies from cambridge have progressed to slimming world, so here I am!

I'm looking to post my food and exercise diary here to keep me in check but also so others can comment if I've not got to grips with the slimming world requirements( I'm not attending the group as I can't make the sessions due to work)

Please feel free to pop in from time to time and let me know how you're doing.

My first proper post will be tomorrow morning when, I jump on the scale and find out my starting weight(sob) from then on I'll set my target weight and I'll try and post each day with what ive eaten etc.

Hi All,

Ok, so I jumped on the scales this morning and got a bit of a shock.... 168.4lbs eek!!

Well after that i've resolved myself to do this, so I'm having a green day today and so far i've had the following:

Banana (1)
2 Alpen light bars HEXB
2 weetabix HEXB
skimmed milk HEX A
Green salad with feta HEXA

So that leaves me up to 15 syns and only dinner to go... does that seem right as it feels like i get a lot to eat on this diet (previously did Cambridge)?

I've already walked to the train station today 15 minutes and will do this to get home too so that's my 30 mins of activity although, I'm looking to restart my couch to 5k again tonight,so exercise it taken care of.

Will hopefully post again later, or early tomorrow with how i get on x
