Party Sausage rolls

Hello please can any tell me how many syns are party sausage rolls and also cheese and onion quiche gone off the rails a little this evening please help feeling really guilty for eating them i was doing so well today

i have had 2 party sausage rolls and 2 pieces of quiche

and i'm now on the wine so cross with myself i have put on 1.5 pound this week but have been really good for the last 2 days

it sounds like you need to just write off the evening.. 2 party rolls and 2 slices of quiche wouldnt mean a gain for deffinate but the wine certainly tots up the syns.
Draw a line, and start again tomorrow. x
