I want to make a slimming world quiche as hubby is doing SW and I am doing WW. I am trying to work out the points in a packet. I make it with water, not with milk as it says on the pack. Does anyone know the points for a packet made up with water please.

Which flavour of sauce are you using? The points vary from 6pp to 12pp.

Yeah to be honest I can't really tell the difference with out milk. The newer wholegrain pasta in sauce are lower in points. 10 for most I think and they are tasty, med veg and Tom is a nice one!
