hey,
i have my WW book here in front of me and in terms of Rice - white, brown, basmati or longrain rice is 6 propoints for 60g dried. Pasta is 4 propoints for 40g of dried white or wholemeal pasta.

no worries! :) no, the points dont change, just the weight of the pasta in the portion. for example 40g of dried pasta is the same PP as 150g of cooked, ie; 4 pp

well top that up with some veg and a tomato based sauce and that will bulk it up and your only talking about maybe 2 points for the sauce and BOOM! a lovely bulky low point dinner :flirt2:
