Anyone have any good pasta ideas? I usually do pasta, loadsa veg and tin of tomatoes but I'm getting bored of that
Looking for something low syn if possible??

I like pasta mixed with tuna in brine- drained, canned sweetcorn, red pepper, spring onions, olives. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Nice as a packed lunch as well. Oh and i eat it cold idont think would be nice warmed up
Pasta (small shapes), leftover chicken cut up, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers and mix with ff natural yoghurt, chives, garlic powder, salt and pepper - yummy chicken pasta salad
I like cooking my pasta and adding chicken (if left over from sunday lunch) with bacon, peppers, mushrooms and onions and I also add a tbsp of garlic and herb light philly....it's delicious! x
