pasta n sauce

Hi, I'm so confused. I've been told certain syn values for bachelors pasta n sauce but lifeline online says different. Not sure which to trust. Does anyone have an upto date list that is correct?

Lifeline online will be correct - the recipes recently changed so the syns were updated, hence the conflicting values with older posts. But if your packets still say "super" pasta and sauce, it will be the older values.
