pasta & sauce & smash recipe???

Hi dylew1. Well I've never made it and never seen a recipe for it but I think I can probably work it out.
I'm guessing you use the smash to make a pastry crust, if you've ever made a Smash pizza you'll know the consistency required. Make quite a dry mix and form it around the edge of a baking tin (sprayed with frylight). Bake in a hot oven until golden brown.
To make the pasta quiche make the pasta n sauce as directed, if you dont want to use milk as a healthy extra make the sauce with just water. Let it cool and mix togather a tub of quark and 3 eggs. Mix the pasta n sauce together with the eggs/quark mixture and pour into the 'smash pastry'. Pop it in the oven until it's firm.
