Could someone please tell me how many syns are in a full jar of asda tomato and chunky vegetable pasta sauce, its the chosen by you one. (I didn't eat a full jar but then I could split the full amount by the 4 of us)

do you have the details on back of the jar?

You don't need to work it out - pasta sauces don't qualify for a free food allowance so it is a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories
