Pasta sauce

I made this sauce the other night it was really tasty.
It was a packet of stir fry veg in asda,
There was peppers White onion red onion mushrooms and courgette. Whole bag was less than 90cals. I fried them off in the 1 cal spray so that was about 5 cals, added salt pepper garlic and crushed chilli. Then added 2 tins of chopped tomatoes (74 cals a tin) let it simmer for about 10-20 mins until the veg softened.

Boiled some pasta and poured it over the pasta when cooked.
I like meat in my meals I'm in no way a veggie but I really enjoyed that meal, me my wife and the wee girl all got out of it and there was still loads left over. The biggest cams came from the pasta which was 254 for a 80g serving.

The sauce totaled to roughly 250 cals and I got near 5 serving out of it
 
Sounds lovely I never think of using different veg for pasta sauce just stick to mushrooms onions and peppers but I'll give this a go! X
