Pasta sauces??

    Hello, does any know how many syns are in tomato pasta sauces?? On extra easy. Thanks

    all pasta sauces have no free food allowance so it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

    im sure sure what the syn value is but i have replaced my pasta and sauce for mug shots. they taste great and are syn free. you can have them as a snack or add them to a meal. good luck losing the lbs xx

    You can make some really tasty free pasta sauces with passata, onions and herbs :D

    why don't you try and make a batch of this ? use the oil and syn it, or spray light it and have a syn free pasta sauce that you can use for pasta or meatballs or whatever?
