pasta vs potatoes

    hi just wondering whats the healty choice pasta or potato both plain (if i put anything with pasta its normal tinned toms and herbs so not alot)i know we dont go by calories so i havent bothered looking & to be honest if i start now il end up doing it with everything so just interested to know please.

    Well I would say in my opinion it would be the potato as that is a completely natural product whereas the pasta is processed carbs .
    If you fancy pasta try having wholemeal as it is better :D

    I don't really know which is the healthiest lol, i like both! I think it may also depend on the amount you have if you was to look into the cals of each food. Jacket potato skins are very good for you, and so is wholemeal pasta as a posed to normal pasta.

    Umm :rolleyes: if i was to choose i think i would have pasta instead of potatoes.

    I agree - have cut down on both of these things since starting extra easy - othewise it's too hard to eat my 1/3 superfree.
