was wondering about teaspoon/tablespoon syns.

You can just use 1 syn per 20 calories as there is no free food allowance

thanks very much will have to work it out as jar only has per 100g on it. will try and google it to find out more.

I think ( pretty certain ) its 5 syns per level tbsp , and reduced fat version is 4 or 4.5.
