Peanuts as Healthy Extra?

Anyone know if peanuts can still be used as a heb? I seem to remember it was about 28g?

Have a bag of peanuts raisins and choc buttons from asda so was going to use the peanuts as heb and syn the rest. Otherwise it's 245cal for 50g!

Excellent, thank you. It doesn't seem alot but I can divvy them up over the next couple of days, it'll make a change from the usual Hebs!
