    Hello deltaz03
Even though I do not know how many points you gain from 10000 steps (although I think it may be dependent on if all these steps are done together e.g. a long walk and the speed/intensity you were walking) I thought I would say hello and welcome you to the forums.
i only joined the forums a few days ago but have found everyone really supportive! Hopefully someone will know the answer re: 10000 steps because I would also be interested to know the answer!

Good luck on your weight loss journey

Hiya I too dont know how many points in 10000 steps I have a ww pedometer plus and Im 5ft 2 now weigh 14st 11lbs and have to do 4458 steps to be healthy on my pedom then I do 30 mins treadmill at 3.5 for 30 mins and 30 min wii just dance fast ones and walk everywhere about 15000 steps a day and I earn 5 AP (activity points) so for nearly 10000 I get I think 5 points but this is very very very very rough,as said it depends on the intensity of your steps age weight etc
Good luck wth ww you'll soon be getting to goal xx

awww thanks guys! Ive not done all those steps at once, its throughout the day, although today Ive done loadsa walking- so far 12335 steps, but thats because ive been off work, so when I go back tomorrow no doubt it will be 3/4 of that haha. My 1st wi is wednesday night, so hopefully I will have lost something, even if its -1lb its in the right direction. :)
