by the looks of your diary you are heading in the right direction :) i have had a blip today and had far too many syns, dont let a bad day run into a week, get back on track tomorrow and use today as a flexy syns day :)

I wont let today get me down I was fine all day and then I did this work this aft and just because it was there I eat it bad but true.
